SERVICES OVERVIEW

Our professionals provide comprehensive public relations consulting, marketing support services and social media planning and consulting to promote important aspects of any organization. These services include promoting businesses or organizations in all types of media and creating social media marketing programs. We work with clients to develop campaigns, specific media pitches, draft articles for publication and seek media interviews. Each client’s program is customized specifically for them and designed to reach key audiences, target markets, customers and potential customers.

For clients who need direct exposure, we will arrange for speaking engagements with key groups. We also develop and manage special events including seminars, media promotional events, new product launches, grand openings, fund-raising dinners and celebrity appearances.

Our comprehensive service packages are competitively priced and vary depending on the client’s needs and goals. For a monthly fee, our clients receive our expert counsel and support in promoting their organization, products or services. This is accomplished by securing primarily media placements and with special events. We communicate regularly with clients to ensure that the program remains on track and that objectives are achieved. Public relations and marketing programs take time to work; for this reason, we require a minimum six-month commitment for services. Monthly fees are paid in advance, and expense items are included regularly with monthly invoices. Upon the completion of a preliminary six-month contract, we evaluate our programs with each client and come to an agreement on the monthly fee for continuing our work. At that time, we require a one-year contract to continue providing services. From that point forward, services are contracted on an annual basis.
